The instrument measured by the data acquisition system can choose wired and wireless forms according to customer requirements, with a measurement accuracy of 0001mm; in order to meet customer needs and improve on-site work efficiency and data recording accuracy, we independently developed and designed a set of automatic wired/wireless elongation measurement data acquisition system
The stretching measurement data acquisition system is an independent system unit, which is used to collect and record the bolt number, stretching series and bolt deformation value after each stage of stretching preload. After the bolt is fully stretched, the measured data is processed by the measurement system, and the actual elongation of the bolt is finally displayed on the display. All recorded data can be saved, read and recalled at any time as needed.
Measurement accuracy 0.001mm
The instruments measured by the data acquisition system can be wired and wireless according to customer requirements, with a measurement accuracy of 0001mm. In order to meet customer needs and improve on-site work efficiency and data recording accuracy, we have independently developed and designed a set of automatic wired/wireless elongation measurement data acquisition system.
Bluetooth transmission system features
Long-distance wireless transmission, to avoid a plurality of table transmission line winding. Placement is simpler and can reduce the working time of personnel in special environments (such as radioactive environments).
(Bluetooth digital dial)Console System
Can store data, can print elongation report at any time, automatically run the pump start-stop system according to the tensile feedback of the Bluetooth dial gauge, and has a protective emergency stop system.
